At Snug Space, we adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is found to be faulty. Once the faulty item is returned to us, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the fault is on our part, a full refund of the product cost will be issued.

Statutory Cancellation

Statutory cancellation rights apply only to items that are faulty, missing, or not as described in the product specification. For upholstered furniture, these rights are in place to protect you in the event of any issues with your purchase. Items that do not meet the statutory criteria are not eligible for cancellation.

Assembly of Items

Returns are only accepted for items that have not been assembled. Once an item has been assembled, we cannot accept it for return, as it becomes difficult to determine if any faults were due to the assembly process or manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues during assembly, please contact us immediately for assistance and resolution.

To avoid any complications, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect all items before assembling and retain the original packaging. The packaging is necessary if a return is required.

Steps for Returning a Product

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Do not assemble the product if you intend to return it.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging.
  • The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
  • After 14 days, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.
  • Upon receiving your item, check that all components are present. If any parts are missing, notify us immediately, providing photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • If you receive a damaged item, we will take full responsibility for replacing it, covering all associated costs. Our team inspects all items for defects before shipment.
  • Assembled products are not eligible for returns. Please do not assemble items if they are faulty.
  • For faulty products, a direct refund will be issued, and we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected promptly.
